A potential client will first come in contact with the business development team. Once plans or conceptual designs are presented, our Estimating team will schedule a pre-estimating meeting, to understand the scope and start developing a plan of attack. STRONG will then provide a competitive estimate for review. Our team will schedule a second meeting to review the scope details upfront to hone in on potential challenges and solutions in the field. Our operations team will be triggered to start the vetting of job-site conditions and schedule internal pre-construction meetings with trade partners before construction begins. Supervision and Safety are key once on-site. Daily safety meetings and checklists will be performed by our experienced superintendents through completion of the project exceeding expectations and achieving your goals!
