Can you build the whole house?
We build the steel shell. For a finished home, our full-package team handles land clearing, septic and well, drawings, permits and the finish-out. You see each company's price separately.
Do I need land first?
Yes, it helps a lot. If you're still buying, call us and we'll talk through what to look for in a lot.
What's included in the Live Pricing number?
The engineered steel building, delivery, the concrete slab and install by our crews, with gutters and downspouts. It's a range, not a firm quote. Your firm price comes after we walk your land and run your exact building.
How long does it take?
Plans for your permit are usually ready in weeks 4–5, and the building package arrives around weeks 10–12. Concrete goes in before delivery, then our crews install the building.
Is it engineered for my land?
Yes. Every building is engineered for your ZIP code's wind, rain, seismic and snow loads, with stamped drawings for your permit.
Do you travel to me?
We build across Northeast Georgia and Upstate South Carolina. Farther out, we can ship the building package alone.
